Thx Barry & Paul but ... no joy

Paul, I do have the Group in my Personal NAB, I did try Full-access Admin on local but still can't get access even on a brand new design-only copy.

Barry, I tried your suggestion. Unfortunately I was still locked me out of a brand new local template.

Just weird.
Thank you both for your suggestions. Do you get the same result, or is just me?

BTW, oddly I'm able to delete the local Dbs/templates using the Notes client.
